Prices Are inclusive of Bed and Bath linen, all utilities and a free basket of logs

1. We will confirm your booking upon receipt of your payment of a 10% deposit - this can be settled by cheque or by electronic transfer. This deposit is not refundable should you cancel your booking with us.
2. Once you arrive at Locmaria we transfer your initial booking deposit to act as a deposit against breakages/damage during your stay with us. Following your stay we will discuss any proposed deductions with you and refund the balance no later than one month following your departure.
3. Payment of the full booking amount is due no later than one month prior to your arrival at Locmaria. If we have not received this we reserve the right to seek alternative bookings for those dates.
4. Should you cancel your stay with us less than one month prior to your arrival date we will be unable to refund the rental amount due to too short notice for us to re-let the gîte. We will however refund the original booking deposit.
5. Should you already have paid the full amount early then cancel more than one month prior to you arrival date we will refund the full rental cost but not your original 10% booking deposit.
